Booking Charges & Hire Rates

Kilry Village Hall offers a range of flexible booking options to suit different needs. Whether you’re looking for a party venue, host a one-off event, or a block booking, we aim to keep our charges fair and transparent. Different rates apply depending on the type and length of hire. Full details of our current booking charges are outlined below to help you plan your event or activity. All hires now include access to the kitchen facilities.

Hall Hire - events (not parties)/meetings only £25/hour
Regular/block bookings Discuss with Committee Member
Parties - finish by 8pm plus set-up and clean-up same day £150/event
Parties - 1am curfew, same day set-up & clean-up until noon next day £300/event

Notes

All hall hires carry a minimum charge of £25.
Deposit for parties of £100.
Hires exceeding 1 whole day, for instance weekends, can be discussed with a committee representative.
