We’re always on the look-out for new committee members or those just willing to get involved to bring fun & fresh ideas on how we use the hall to benefit the community. If you’re interested in joining us, please come along to the AGM on Wednesday 29th October and complete the form below. We only tend to meet once a quarter to plan events and discuss funding options to help us maintain the hall, so becoming a committee member shouldn’t take up much time.
The Kilry Hall AGM will be held on 29 October 2025 in the Kilry Hall commencing at 7pm. A report on the past year’s activities will be presented and we will also be presenting plans for the future of the hall.
The committee for the 25/26 year will be elected and appointed at the meeting.

Completed forms can be sent in electronic form to , or dropped off at the Hall at the next café event. The closing date for nominations to be received is 28 October 2025. Should there be more nominees than committee positions a vote will be held at the AGM to elect the committee. Should a vote be required then this will be an in person vote of all eligible attendees at the AGM and no proxy voting will be available.
Please also note that Nominees and Nominators must be persons above the age of 18 who are ordinarily resident in the Kilry area and have been for a period of at least 6 months preceding the AGM.
